Strong and Proud-Practical Scrappers

Happy Memorial Day Krafters!

Today over at Practical Scrappers we are honoring our Armed Forces. As many of you know, I served in the Army for many years. It was an honor and a privilege! It was one of the best times of my life as well as one of the most saddest. I was away from my family for a long time. I can't help but think about people who have been deployed several times and who have been on a tour of duty for years. So before you fire up the grill and spend the day with our friends and families, please take a moment and remember those who gave the ultimate sacrifice for their country and us!

For the project, I used various Army paper from K&Co and Me & My Big Idea (BDU/Camo print). I decided to fussy cut the Army logo from the designer paper as the focal point. The sentiment and stars are also fussy cut. I used a circle punch to cut out the other images and stamped the flag.

I hope you enjoyed today's project! Thanks for stopping by, Krafthead~
